Депутата Криводановского сельсовета Алика Нерсисяна обвиняют в причинении имущественного ущерба путем обмана (ч. 2 ст. 165 УК РФ).
По версии следствия, с июня 2022 года по июнь 2023 года обвиняемый организовал незаконную майнинг-ферму в гараже. Чтобы обеспечить ее электричеством, депутат якобы подключился прокалывающими зажимами к воздушной линии электрической опоры, которая шла к подстанции.
Ущерб "Региональным электрическим сетям" от действий депутата составил около 6,5 млн. рублей. При обыске у него было изъято 16 единиц майнингового оборудования.
