Новиков, которого в прошлую среду задержали с плакатом про 1000 дней с начала «спецоперации», вечером сегодня снова выходил в пикет на площади 1905 года. С другим, но похожим по содержанию плакатом. Его вновь задержали.
Сейчас он находится в отделе полиции на екатеринбургском метрополитене (Володарского, 3). Юрист Артем Шульман сообщает, что Новикова собираются перевести в отдел №9, и только там станет известно, какую статью вменяют на этот раз.
UPD: Задержанного оформляют по статье 20.3.3 («Дискредитация вооруженных сил РФ»).Ему может грозить штраф до 50 тыс. рублей. Дело о «дискредитации» за прошлый пикет пока еще не рассмотрено, поэтому нарушение не классифицировали как повторное.
