28-летний Дмитрий Новиков за это время уже четырежды выходил с антивоенными пикетами, где были изображены также разрушенные города (без указания, какие именно), рост военных расходов российского бюджета, справки о трех пошибших мобилизованных из Свердловской области.
Все четыре раза его задерживали сотрудники полиции, но только трижды составляли на него протоколы.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips.
