Подмосковному кластеру от Самолета прибавляют еще 60 индивидуальных домов. Минжилполитики выдало девелоперу проекта разрешение на строительство новой «партии».

Напомним, что вселенский кластер на 2248 домов реализуют на нескольких участках общей площадью 284,7 га. В первой очереди к 2026 году построят 418 индивидуальных жилых домов по 214-ФЗ.

Губернатор Мособласти Андрей Воробьев сообщал, что в Подмосковье в строительстве в основном используют отечественные строительные материалы. Такие проекты обеспечат спрос на стройматериалы и товары коллег.

Главное, чтоб производство поспевало. Напомним, что пока еще действуют скидки на дома (оно и понятно, на старте был оверпрайс).
