Военный суд продлил арест до 15 января экс-адвокату Эльману Пашаеву. Об этом "Известиям" сообщили в суде.
Напомним, что Пашаев подозревается в мошенничестве, совершенном в особо крупном размере. Следствие считает, что юрист убедил мужа Блиновской Алексея, что может освободить его и его супругу от уголовной ответственности по делу об уклонении от уплаты налогов, за что получил 18,5 млн руб. и $300 тыс.
