Средства можно будет потратить на улучшение жилусловий, получение образования детьми, формирование накопительной пенсии, приобретение товаров и услуг для соцадаптации и интеграции в общество детей-инвалидов.
Можно получать и ежемесячные выплаты в связи с рождением или усыновлением ребенка до достижения им трехлетия.
