(መስከረም 10 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም)የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ትምህርትና ስልጠና ጥራት ቁጥጥር ባለስልጣን የቴክኒክና ሙያ ብቃት ምዘና አገልግሎት ዳይሬክቶሬት ከተለያዩ ኢንደስትሪዎች ለተውጣጡ ባለሙያዎች የምዘና ስነ-ዘዴ ስልጠና ሰጠ፡፡
የትምህርትና ስልጠና ጥራት ቁጥጥር ባለስልጣን ምክትል ስራ አስኪያጅ እና የምዘና ዘርፍ ሃላፊ የሆኑት አቶ ጋትዌች ቱት በስልጠናው ላይ በመገኘት ባስተላለፉት መልዕክት እንደገለፁት ባለስልጣኑ በየዓመቱ አዳዲስ መዛኞች በማፍራት እና የመዛኞች ቁጥር በመጨመር ጥራት ያለው ምዘና ለመስጠት እቅድ ይዞ እየሰራ እንደሚገኝ ተናግረዋል፡፡
በምዘና ሂደት ላይ የመዛኞች ቁጥር ከፍ ማለት የስነ-ምግባር ጉድለት ያለባቸውን ለይቶ ለማውጣት እና በአግባቡ ምዘናውን የሚያከናውኑትን በምዘናው ስራ ላይ ለማስቀጠል የሚረዳ መሆኑን ገልጸው፤መዛኞች በትእግስት እና ለምዘና የሚመጡትን ተገልጋዩችን በአግባቡ በጥሩ አቀባበል በመቀበል ሊመዝኑ እንደሚገባ አሳውቀዋል፤ እንዲሁም በመዛኝነት የተመለመሉ እጩ መዛኞች ከስልጠናው በኋላ በምዘና ስራው ላይ በተገቢው አገልግሎት መስጠት የሚገባቸው ሲሆን ራሳቸውን ከብልሹ አሠራሮች በማራቅ በአግባቡ የተጣለባቸውን ኃላፊነት መወጣት እንደሚገባቸው አሳውቀዋል፡፡

የትምህርትና ስልጠና ጥራት ቁጥጥር ባለስልጣን ምክትል ስራ አስኪያጅ እና የምዘና ዘርፍ ሃላፊ የሆኑት አቶ ጋትዌች ቱት በስልጠናው ላይ በመገኘት ባስተላለፉት መልዕክት እንደገለፁት ባለስልጣኑ በየዓመቱ አዳዲስ መዛኞች በማፍራት እና የመዛኞች ቁጥር በመጨመር ጥራት ያለው ምዘና ለመስጠት እቅድ ይዞ እየሰራ እንደሚገኝ ተናግረዋል፡፡

So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
