Чільна опозиційна Демократична партія, яка має 170 із 300 депутатів, висловила обурення тим, що Ган відмовився призначити додаткових суддів до Конституційного суду, який виноситиме рішення у справі про імпічмент президент Юна.
Остаточне рішення в обох випадках - за Конституційним судом, котрий має 180 днів від дати парламентського голосування.
