Его покупали с привлечением бюджетной субсидии под строительство АГНКС в рамках федеральной государственной программы «Развитие энергетики». Однако из-за изменения правил землепользования строительство стало невозможным.
Ранее суд отказал компании в иске к министерству архитектуры и градостроительства региона о взыскании миллионных убытков, вызванных уменьшением рыночной стоимости участка площадью 1,1 га на улице Чехова в Анне.
