Я уже упоминал о новой конкурсный программе "Время героев", делающей дополнительный набор. Так вот за прошедший период было зарегистрировано более 10 тысяч соискателей. Они открыли свои личные кабинеты и занялись фактически формированием кадрового резерва. Результат уже имеется: Артём Жога стал полномочным представителем президента РФ в Уральском федеральном округе, Евгений Первышов стал главой Тамбовской области и т.д. Это не значит, что все участники программы непременно и гарантированно станут "первыми лицами", хотя это и есть полноценный социальный (профессиональный) лифт, созданный по распоряжению президента РФ. Напомню, что базируется программа в Высшей школе государственного управления, что делает её вполне академической: можно только удачи пожелать тем, кто является участниками этой программы для ветеранов СВО.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
