Судья приговорил их к длительным тюремным срокам, но не факт, что они будут долго сидеть долго. В большинстве случаев приговоры обжалуются вышестоящими судебными инстанциями. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
