به دلیل وزش باد و برودت هوا در اردبیل فعالیت های آموزشی دوره های پیش دبستانی، ابتدایی و کلیه مدارس استثنایی در نوبت صبح و در خلخال دوره های پیش دبستانی و ابتدایی شهری و روستایی و متوسطه دوره اول روستایی در نوبت صبح بصورت غیر حضوری بوده و از طریق شبکه آموزشی «شاد» انجام خواهد شد.
