Подведены итоги ежегодного Всероссийского конкурса «Библиотеки. ПРОдвижение», учредителем которого является министерство культуры Российской Федерации. В числе победителей – медиацентр городской библиотеки Централизованной городской библиотечной системы Астрахани.
12 ноября в Российской национальной библиотеке (г. Санкт-Петербург) состоялось торжественное награждение и вручение дипломов и призов победителям. Конкурс направлен на выявление и популяризацию лучших практик по продвижению бренда российских библиотек и усиление новой роли библиотек в цифровом современном обществе.
Астраханский медиацентр представил презентацию с итогами своей работы за последний год в соцсетях и СМИ: собственные медиапроекты, победы библиотеки в федеральных конкурсах, а также видеовизитку, где в юмористической форме рассказывается о сотрудниках медиацентра и рабочих буднях.

The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
