🗓 25 января 2018 г. - первый полет лётного образца самолёта-топливозаправщика Ил-78М-90А (бортовой 78741, зав. 0201). Пилотировал самолёт шеф-пилот «Ильюшина» Герой Российской Федерации, заслуженный лётчик-испытатель РФ Николай Дмитриевич Куимов. Эта машина стала первым самолётом-топливозаправщиком, произведённым в России в постсоветский период. На этой модификации отсутствует кормовая кабина оператора заправки, двигатели Д-30КП заменены на ПС-90А-76 с повышенной степенью двухконтурности и увеличенной взлетной тягой, удельный расход топлива ниже, что позволило увеличить дальность и брать большее количество топлива для заправки самолетов. Предусмотрена возможность конвертации в военно-транспортный самолёт.

During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
