По информации ТАСС, действия силовиков в отношении господина Тарана связаны с уголовным делом замглавы Агентства по страхованию вкладов (АСВ) Александра Попелюха.
Его суд арестовал до 24 ноября по уголовному делу по ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ («Мошенничество»).
Как писал РБК, дело касается схем по занижению арендной платы и механизма эксплуатации аквапарка «Аквамир» в Новосибирске, в результате чего «скрываются реальные доходы от имущественного комплекса, а должник и кредиторы недополучают значительные денежные суммы».
Аквапарк был построен обанкротившейся компанией «ВДТ Строй», он перешел АСВ в качестве залога.
