При этом ипотека в основном росла за счет льготных программ, в то время как кредиты на рыночных условиях достигли многолетнего минимума. Несмотря на рост ипотечного портфеля, выплаты по ипотеке практически не изменились, что связано с отказом от досрочного погашения кредитов из-за высоких ставок.
