«Я не в курсе этой проблемы, я не знаю, о чём идёт речь. Как может быть номер платный? Это, наверное, сотовые операторы делают, правительство тут при чём? Сейчас я узнаю, разберусь. В моём понимании это плоскость сотовых операторов, это у них надо менять тарифы», - цитирует слова главы Прикамья «Подъем».
