Программа «Дальневосточная ипотека» под 2% работает с 2019 года. Оформить кредит по ней можно с максимальным лимитом в 6 миллионов рублей. В 2022 году программа была расширена - помимо молодых семей, родителей-одиночек, участников программы «Дальневосточный гектар» и региональных программ трудовой мобильности, льготной ипотекой теперь могут воспользоваться медики и педагоги независимо от возраста и семейного положения, если они проработали на Дальнем Востоке не менее пяти лет.
