Саду более 200 лет, до сих пор плодоносит, урожай от 500 кг с каждого дерева, примерно 250 деревьев.
Необходимо на каждое дерево сделать паспорт для внесения этого уникального черкесского сада во Всемирное наследие ЮНЕСКО. Так же предстоит серьезная работа по реанимации деревьев - обрезка, обработка, лечение... И подготовка необходимой документации для подачи заявки.
Сад находится на территории Аибга - 30 км от Адлера и 20 км от Гагра.
