♻️ Глава комитета по экологии Дмитрий Кобылкин заявил, что половину бюджета России формируют природные ресурсы в виде нефти, газа, угля, драгоценных металлов. Поэтому при подготовке проекта бюджета на 2023-2025 годы важно уделить особое внимание бесперебойной работе добыче подобных полезных ископаемых. РФ способна полностью обеспечить внутренние свои внутренние потребности в ресурсах. Значимыми проектами станут газопровод «Сила Сибири-2», газификация регионов, создание инфраструктуры для СПГ на Камчатке, активизация Северного морского пути. Надо заострить внимание на сохранении водных ресурсов, на снижении выбросов загрязняющих веществ, на ликвидации свалок и недействующих скважин.
💬 «Необходимо определить четкие цели, собрать под их решение профессиональные кадры и соблюдать сроки работ. Только так мы можем избежать стагнации и выйти на новую траекторию развития», - отметил единоросс Кобылкин.

He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips.
