Конкурсный управляющий новосибирского ООО "Углетранс" выставил на публичные торги дебиторку компании банкрота. Среди лотов есть требования к шахте-банкроту "Алексеевской" на 21 млрд, и еще 2,6 млрд руб. к несостоятельному ООО "Сибшахтмонтаж".
Все желающие должны внести задаток в 10% от цены лота, торги будут проводиться в конце сентября.
"Углетранс" был зарегистрирован в 2016 году, компания на 80% принадлежит Андрею Филиппову и на 20% Илье Гаврилову. В конце 2017-го компания стала крупнейшим кредитором шахт "Алексиевская" и "Заречная" вместо Газмпромбанка. Однако уже в июле 2021-го в самом "Углетрансе" была введена процедура наблюдения, а в декабре фирму признали банкротом.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
