Год назад случилась трагедия в ТЦ Сурмалу, унесшее 16 жизней.
Трагедия явилась итогом взяточничества, кумовства и халатного отношения к работе чиновников.
Одним из таких чиновников является действующий на тот момент министр Чрезвычайных ситуаций - Армен Памбухчян.
Бывший работник банка в кредитном отделе, которого в 2020 г. назначили главой МЧС. Но он не имел ни соответствующего образования, ни опыта работы в данной сфере.
После трагедии его не уволили и не запретили занимать государственные должности.
МЧС месяц назад расформировали, а его поблагодарили за службу.
1. Кресла министров в Армении стали проходным двором. Не важен результат. Увольняют каждые 2 года по министру и дают им новую должность.
2. 16 смертей. А сегодня, бывший министр свободно ходит по улице и кричит за кандидата от правящей партии. И никакого наказания за трагедию.
3. В МЧС существуют нормативы по физической подготовке: подтягивание, бег, отжимание, плавание и др. Где результаты3-х летнего подтягивания, товарищ Памбухчян?🫃🏻

Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
