Вместе с Владимиром Владимировичем Якушевым заехали в госпиталь к нашим защитникам, получившим различные ранения при выполнении задач специальной военной операции.

Передали военнослужащим гуманитарную помощь. Также для них был организован концерт.

Каждый из бойцов имел возможность обратиться за необходимой помощью к секретарю Луганского регионального отделения партии «Единая Россия» Денису Николаевичу Мирошниченко. Не сомневаюсь, что все вопросы наших защитников обязательно будут рассмотрены.

Пожелал ребятам сил, терпения, мира и долгожданной Победы. Чтобы все они поскорее вернулись домой, к своим родным и близким.

Побывали и у мемориального комплекса «Незаживающая рана Донбасса». Почтили память всех павших в борьбе с преступным киевским режимом и возложили к мемориалу живые цветы.

He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford.
