Пришла пора представить новых членов Арбитража и Цензората ОБ, которые занимают свои должности на ближайшие два года. В выборах в эти органы участвовало 14 кандидатов со всей России, и теперь мы расскажем вам о полномочиях этих органов и их новых составах.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
