Согласно проекту постановления, в действующий перечень из 12 городов предлагается добавить Гусиноозерск, Селенгинск, Улан-Удэ, Махачкалу, Кызыл, Абакан, Черногорск, Барнаул, Петровск-Забайкальский, Ачинск, Лесосибирск, Минусинск, Уссурийск, Комсомольск-на-Амуре, Чегдомын, Астрахань, Ангарск, Зиму, Иркутск, Свирск, Усолье-Сибирское, Черемхово, Шелехов, Кемерово, Курган, Искитим, Новочеркасск, Ростов-на-Дону и Южно-Сахалинск.

In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries.
