За 2 месяца в АВФ плечо-предплечье сформировалась стойкая контрактура в локтевом суставе. И, как водится, в огнестрельных ранениях — перелом не консолидирован.
❗️Важно отметить, что даже при очень качественном остеосинтезе, при наличии контрактуры в смежном дистальном суставе, образуется риск нестабильности МОС, так как формируется большой рычаг давления на зону остеосинтеза.
Формируется попытка согнуть не сустав, а пластину. За чем следует усталостный перелом пластины или её вырывание из кости.
Нами выполнен:
✔️ артролиз локтевого сустава, редрессация
✔️ невролиз лучевого нерва, выделение от спаек и рубцов.
