Не знаю насчет нынешних обвинений Ускова, но по многим преступлениям (экстремистским и не только) срок давности считается не от события, а от его обнаружения карателями. Это позорная практика, обессмысливающая само понятие "срок давности", но не припомню, чтобы Глущенко со "Справедливой Россией" против такого протестовали.
Но Глущенко все же осторожно критикует людей в погонах, что по нынешним временам невероятно смело!
