الجانب التركي بدوره تراجع عن حماسه و أبلغ الإرهابيين أنه من الأفضل البقاء على الوضع الحالي و عدم فتح معركة قد تنتهي بنتيجة عكسية.
بينما استقدم الجيش العربي السوري تعزيزات عسكرية على كافة المحاور.
