На Павленко, где подземный переход, неочищенна дорожка для пешеходов, очень скользко, запросто можно поскользнуться и ноги переломать.

Люди вынуждены ходить через подземный переход который весь в снегу потому-что там после ремонта не поставили двери.

Там тоже скользко, до сих пор не устранены последствия снегопада.

Похоже, что городские власти вспоминают про переход только перед выборами. В остальное время он их мало волнует.
