Число преступлений с использованием оружия, боеприпасов, взрывчатых веществ и взрывных устройств за десять месяцев текущего года выросло до 5 тысяч случаев, что почти на 30% по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года. Число преступлений, совершенных с использованием взрывчатых веществ и взрывных устройств (283), достигло максимума за последние шесть лет.
При этом в целом по стране зарегистрировано на 1,7% меньше (1677,1 тыс.) преступлений, чем за аналогичный период прошлого года. Рост регистрируемых преступлений отмечен в 29 субъектах РФ, снижение — в 56 регионах (МВД).

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
