Южный окружной военный суд в Ростове-на-Дону вынес приговор участнику запрещенной в России террористической организации Рафику Исмаилову.
Подсудимому назначено наказание в виде 11 лет лишения свободы с отбыванием первых трех лет в тюрьме, а оставшейся части - в исправительной колонии строгого режима.
Установлено, что Исмаилов в июне 2023 году добровольно вступил в ряды запрещенной на территории РФ террористической организации с целью последующего совершения преступлений от ее имени. Осуществить задуманное не удалось, так как он был задержан сотрудниками управления ФСБ.
В отношении задержанного было возбуждено уголовное дело по ч. 2 ст. 205.5 УК РФ (участие в деятельности террористической организации).

Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
