ХВОРОСТ НА КЕФИРЕ ✅ Кефир 1л ✅ 4 яйца ✅ Мука 1,5 кг ✅ Сахар 2 ст ✅ Сметана 2 ст.л ✅ Сода 1 ч.л ✅ Соль 0,5 ч.л ✅ Масло 30 мл Пpигoтoвлeниe: 📝 Сахар с яйцами взбить венчиком до бела. Добавить кефир, сметану, соль, соду. Всё тщательно перемешать и оставить на 10 мин. 📝 Частями добавляем муку, замешиваем тесто. Почти готовое тесто залить растительным маслом и месить ещё пару минут. Дать отдохнуть 10-15 минут. 📝 В сковороду налить много масла и жарить с двух сторон заранее сформированный хворост. 📝 Посыпать сахарной пудрой. Приятного аппетита! #десерты

Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
