Это первое обновление тарифов после попадания под санкции США в ноябре 2024 г. В феврале 2025 г. комиссии на переводы со счетов остались без изменений, однако переводы без открытия счета резко подешевели:
• 0,2% min $40 max $120 для USD - было 1,5% min $100 max $200 • 0,3% min €40 max €120 для EUR - было 1,5% min €100 max €200 • 1% min $150 max $200 для других валют - было 1,5% min $150 max $200
После санкций подешевели даже доверенности, за оформление раньше просили 500 руб + НДС, сейчас 400 руб + НДС. Похоже санкции только на пользу перенаправили маршруты на новые направления и через более дешевые способы.. в отличие от свифта и прямых корротношений.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
