До нас дозвонилась женщина - Светлана Георгиевна, и рассказала интересную историю, как она в 2007 году работала в Анапе, и здесь же была подобная катастрофа, так вот, спасали ситуацию камышевыми матами и соломой в тюках, раскладывая маты по берегу, благодаря чему мазут прилипал и оставался на матах, не попадая на берег и не уплывая обратно в море «Обзвонила всех кого можно, не пойму, почему сегодня об этом забыли?!»
У кого-нибудь есть какие комментарии по этому поводу? Это действительно может помочь?

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
