Могу предположить, что банк все же решил проверить айпишники, с которых был вход в личный кабинет + мы просили суд затребовать их, что он и сделал.
Можно сказать, что мы выиграли битву, но не войну. В суд-то мы подали и заседание уже на следующей неделе.
То, что банк аннулировал кредиты, это, конечно, хорошо, но это не отменяет факта обсёра банка, а значит будем трясти с него моральный вред и расходы на меня, ибо нефиг.
