Моя планета-покровитель-это Венера. А значит, что мой внешний вид непосредственно влияет на мою жизнь,настроение и достижения.
Поэтому хочу подвести промежуточные итоги качества своего тела: На коллаже фото до беременности,далее 9 мес беременности ( кстати,набрала я прилично: плюс 17 кг); далее позавчерашнее фото (в купальнике).
Ну что ж,сдвиги,конечно, есть,но над качеством тела еще работать и работать… Вот что делает неправильное питание: в беременность я ела много мяса,жирного ,сладкого. В итоге повышенный холестерин,целлюлит и дряблая кожа.
Я понимаю,что результата,как на фото До нужно будет добиваться и не отчаиваюсь ,потому что в своем новом теле чувствую себя более женственной и от этого привлекательной,это плюсы.
Да и вообще я пришла к пониманию, что не так важно быть худощавой,а важно иметь качественное и подтянутое тело и правильно питаться. Это и есть здоровье.
А как вы ощущаете себя в своем теле? Давайте устроим пп -марафон 🫶🏻
