Губернатор ЯНАО Дмитрий Артюхов планирует на треть обновить руководство в управлениях окружного департамента экологии. Из девяти руководителей своих должностей могут лишиться три – Олег Истрати (управление охраны животного мира), Олег Вакуленко (был заместителем управления лесного хозяйства, потом возглавил его) и Наталья Гасанова (управление региональной экологической политики и оценки воздействия на окружающую среду).
Ранее проведенная реформа самой структуры ведомства, когда власти перераспределили полномочия и избавились от некоторых подразделений, результатов не принесла, поэтому назрели кадровые решения.

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use.
