The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Founder Pavel Durov says tech is meant to set you free "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
