در پی انتشار ویدئویی از پرسه‌زنی یک پلنگ در روستای مغانک دماوند، فرمانده یگان حفاظت محیط زیست این شهرستان، از «زنده‌گیری» این پلنگ با داروی بیهوشی و انتقال او به بیمارستان دامپزشکی تهران برای معاینه و مداوا خبر داد.
نقی میرزا کریمی در گفتگو با رسانه‌های داخلی گفت که پس از مشاهده پلنگ، از اهالی خواسته شد که برای «حفظ ایمنی تا اطلاع ثانوی از منازل خود خارج نشوند و خودروهای عبوری نیز از توقف در این محدوده خودداری کنند.» میرزا کریمی در ادامه گفت: «این پلنگ نر که بالغ و مسن بود به دلیل ناتوانی در شکار در زیستگاه طبیعی به سگ‌های گله و حیوانات ولگرد در روستا نزدیک شده بود.»

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
