Комиссия ЕАЭС изменила требования к инструкции по медицинскому применению лекарственных препаратов и их общим характеристикам, утвержденные Решением Совета Евразийской экономической комиссии от 3 ноября 2016 года № 88.
Согласно проекту, инструкция должна содержать информацию о трех категориях отпуска лекарств: по рецепту, без рецепта и для лечебно-профилактических учреждений.

Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed.
