Несмотря на заверения заместителя руководителя общественного штаба по наблюдениям за выборами в Москве Александра Асафьева, продолжаются многочисленные случаи отказа в выдаче бумажного бюллетеня на избирательном участке.

Так, УИК 2394 не предоставила избирателю права отдать свой голос с помощью бумажного бюллетеня. По факту нарушения избирателем была написана жалоба.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government.
