Согласно инициативе, гражданин, наряду с уже установленными случаями, будет иметь право заменить военную службу по призыву альтернативной гражданской службой в случае, если он является работником головного исполнителя поставок продукции по государственному оборонному заказу.
В связи с этим перечень мест прохождения альтернативной службы будет расширен — к нему отнесут оборонные предприятия.
