Управляющая компания «РСХБ-Финанс» принадлежит Россельхозбанку, в ее портфеле более 100 компаний.
Ранее «РСХБ-Финанс» передали четыре актива холдинга «Ариант» челябинского олигарха Александра Аристова. Как и основанная челябинским экс-губернатором Михаилом Юревичем «Макфа», он был национализирован по инициативе генпрокуратуры.
