Аукцион предполагал увеличение стоимости объекта в ходе торгов и должен был состояться 4 февраля, но участников не заявилось.
При этом для людей, вложившихся строительство ТК более 10 лет назад, реализация здания — это чуть ли не единственная возможность вернуть хотя бы часть потерянных денег.
