Durchputz-Smoothie mit Sauerkraut und Grapefruit Zutaten für 1 Portion:
100 g mildes frisches Sauerkraut 100 g geschälte Grapefruit (entspricht ca. einer Fruchthälfte) 1 Birne 1 TL Nussöl Zubereitung:
Sauerkraut in den Mixer geben. Grapefruithälfte in Stücke schneiden. Birne putzen, zerkleinern, alles mit Sauerkraut und Öl pürieren. Smoothie evtl. mit etwas Wasser verdünnen.
So tut er gut Milchsäurebakterien im Sauerkraut bringen die Verdauung auf Trab, tragen so zum Aufbau einer gesunden Darmflora bei. Mit Vitamin B 6 macht das Kraut zudem die Eiweißverdauung zum Kinderspiel für den Körper. Die Grapefruit verfeinert den Krautgeschmack, unterstützt das Gemüse bei der Darmpflege, während die Birne mit Pektin die Arbeit von Nieren und Blase aktiviert.

The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. For the week, the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2%, 2.9%, and 3.5%, respectively.
