Alles an Gemüse auf ein Backblech geben mit Olivenöl beträufeln und bei 200 Grad mindestens 30-40 Minuten rösten In einen Standmixer oder Topf alles geben und Mixen Bio Gemüsebrühe in Wasser auflösen und die Suppe verdünnen nach Wahl. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und einen Würfelzucker und Apfelessig abschmecken
