Такое заявление сделал Рамзан Кадыров. Он пообещал выплатить по 500 тысяч рублей семьям 180 новорожденных, получивших имена в честь чеченских героев. Тремя наиболее популярными именами стали:
— в честь первого президента Чечни Ахмата-Хаджи Кадырова; — в честь первого имама Кавказа Шейха Мансура; — в честь полководца Байсангура Беноевского.
