Керимова отметила, что мимо проезжала машина скорой помощи, направлявшаяся на другой вызов. Однако, по её словам, бригада приняла решение остановиться и оказать помощь: «Медсестра, которая помогала нам достать ребёнка из-под сиденья, Вы наш герой!!! (Здоровья вам и вашей семье)».
