#وجه_الدلالة : أنَّ الاستمناءَ مِن الشَّهوةِ التي لا يكونُ الصَّومُ إلا باجتنابِها.
● ثالثًا : لا كفَّارةَ فيه ؛ لأنَّ النَّصَّ إنما ورد في الجِماعِ ، والاستمناءُ ليس مِثلَه.
