Суд в полном объеме отказал в удовлетворении административных исковых требований Киракосяна к ГУ МВД России по Санкт-Петербургу и Ленинградской области о признании незаконным решения о прекращении гражданства Российской Федерации, к УМВД России по Кировскому району Санкт-Петербурга о признании незаконными действий по изъятию и акт изъятия паспорта гражданина Российской Федерации.
